Nu-Tech It Solutions Private Limited is based out of Kompally. We are in the Palm Springs complex, specifically at Flat No.304 in Phase-1. It’s part of the Modi Builders development on Sy No. 144. Being in a flat means it’s a bit of a different vibe than a big office building. It feels a bit more like a home office which some of us actually prefer. It gets pretty quiet in the afternoons which helps when we need to concentrate. We’ve been in the 500014 area for some time and have seen how much Kompally has grown. There are a lot more shops and places to eat nearby than there used to be. Our daily routine is pretty standard. We show up, have some coffee, and get to work on whatever is pending. We don't really do many big meetings or anything like that. Usually, we just talk across the room if something needs to be fixed. It’s a practical way to work without too much fuss. Sometimes we have to deal with building maintenance or parking issues but it’s nothing we can’t handle. The address is fairly easy to find once you get into the Palm Springs area. We’ve got our computers set up and enough space for everyone to do their job without being too cramped. It works for what we do. We often sit on the balcony for a few minutes to get some fresh air.
