We run Nucon Holdings Private Limited from our office over on Road Number 23 in Jubilee Hills. The address is Plot Number 351, which is a fairly easy spot to locate if you know this part of Hyderabad. We’ve been in this area for a while now, dealing with different holding interests and business matters. It’s a busy neighborhood, so there is always something happening right outside the door. Our team isn’t massive, just a few of us making sure the daily operations don't fall behind. We don't go in for anything too flashy, even though Jubilee Hills can be a bit like that sometimes. The office is set up for practical use, mostly filled with files and the usual desk setups. We spend a lot of time on calls and coordinating between different departments. Some days are slower than others, which gives us time to catch up on the boring administrative stuff that every company has to deal with. We aren’t looking to change the world, just keeping our business running smoothly and looking after the properties and investments we manage.
