We are located on the third floor right in the middle of Pot Market in Secunderabad. It is one of the oldest and busiest parts of the city. You can hear the noise from the market all day long, which keeps us energized. Nsr Premier Infra is a small firm. We handle infrastructure jobs and some civil work. The building we are in is older, but it serves us well. Most of our day is spent balancing the books and talking to site supervisors. It’s a lot of back-and-forth communication. We don't have a fancy lobby or a receptionist in a suit. You just walk in and find us working at our desks. We drink a lot of chai and talk about how to get the next project finished on time. Secunderabad has a specific vibe, and we feel like we fit right in. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in Hyderabad. We just want to do work that stands the test of time. Sometimes the logistics of getting materials through the narrow market streets is a nightmare, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. We take pride in just being reliable. When we say we’ll be at a site, we show up. It’s not about being the best; it’s about being there and doing the work properly. That is the way we have always done things here. It is just life in the market.
