NRISE DESIGN BUILD operates from Flat No. 305 on the 3rd floor of Sree Vensai Towers. You can find us right above the Axis Bank in Kompally, which makes it pretty easy for people to locate us. The address is Survey 128, and it is a decent spot in this part of Hyderabad. The office is usually filled with the sound of people talking about designs and looking over building plans. Since we are an OPC, things are handled a bit differently, but we still stay pretty busy throughout the week. Having the bank downstairs is actually quite convenient for all the financial bits we have to handle. The 3rd floor gives us a bit of a view of the street, which is nice when you need a break from looking at a computer screen. We have some chairs that have seen better days, and the coffee machine is a bit temperamental, but it gets us through the mornings. Designing and building stuff takes a lot of focus, so we try to keep the distractions down, although the traffic noise from outside still creeps in. We’ve been in this building for some time now and know the security guys well. It is a simple setup for a design firm, focusing more on the actual work than having a flashy entrance. We just take it one project at a time and try to keep things organized. That is pretty much how we spend our time here.
