Our office is located at Habib Nagar in Nampally, specifically at House Number 11-2-585 in Hyderabad. Nampally is a very busy area, and Habib Nagar has its own rhythm that you have to get used to. Our building is a typical Hyderabad house that we have converted into a workspace for Non. It is a bit cramped inside because we have a lot of equipment and files everywhere, but we manage to find space for everyone to sit. The walls are a pale color and there are a few marks where we moved the desks around last year. We do not really have a lobby or a waiting area. If someone comes by, they usually just pull up a plastic chair and join us in the main room. We get a lot of noise from the street, but that is just part of being in Nampally. We usually start our day a bit later than some people, but we often stay until it gets dark. The light in the hallway is a bit dim, and the wiring is a mess of cables that we try not to trip over. It is a very hands-on environment where everyone does a bit of everything. We do not have fancy job titles or a corporate handbook. We just know what needs to be done and we try to get through the list before the weekend starts. It is a real, working-class setup that does not pretend to be anything else.
