We spend most of our mornings making calls and checking in with different pharmaceutical firms. It’s a lot of talking and keeping track of who is looking for what. Sometimes the power goes out for a bit, so we just sit and chat until it comes back on. We aren't a big agency with hundreds of employees, just a small group working hard in this neighborhood. The tea here is great, and there’s a small shop nearby that serves us every day. We like the fact that we are in a central spot like Khairathabad. It makes it easy for people to drop by and drop off their papers. We don't use any fancy software to track people, just good old fashioned spreadsheets and memory. It works for us.
