We are set up in the Sri Durga Devi Niliyam building on the main Hyderabad Road here in Nalgonda. Being right in Sri Nagar Colony means we get a lot of people who are just passing through or heading out toward the city. Our shop is easy to find because we are on a busy stretch. It is a basic setup where we handle phone repairs and software updates. The building is an older one, but it works for what we need. We have a lot of regulars who live in the colony and just walk over when their phone acts up. Usually, the mornings are quiet, and then it picks up after lunch. We keep our tools behind the main counter and there is a small area for customers to wait. Nalgonda gets really hot in the summer, so the shop can feel a bit stuffy even with the windows open. We do our work as steadily as we can so people don't have to wait in the heat too long. Sometimes we have to explain that a part isn't available right away. We just tell it like it is. It's a small team here, just a couple of guys who know how to handle the electronics. We've been at this H-No-6-2-531 address for some time. No big marketing here, just the sign out front and the phone number on the wall. It’s a plain place for fixing things.
