Nitor Projects Private Limited

Our office is in the 12th Square Building on Road No. 12 in Banjara Hills. We are up on the 3rd floor, specifically at P.No.6, 686/B/G/9. If you know Hyderabad, you know that Road 12 is a pretty famous area, but our building is just a normal place where people go to work. We have a few rooms where we handle all the project details. It is often a bit cluttered with papers and maps of different sites we are looking at. We do not have fancy furniture or a big sign out front. It is mostly just functional stuff that helps us get the job done. The view from the third floor is okay, mostly just looking at the other buildings and the trees lining the street. Traffic in Banjara Hills can be a real headache, so we try to get in early before the rush starts. We have a small team of people who have been with us for a while. We drink a lot of tea and talk about how to solve the problems that pop up on our sites. It is not glamorous work, but it keeps us busy. Nitor Projects is just a local private limited company trying to navigate the business world one day at a time. We don't have any big speeches or grand plans, just the daily routine of checking boxes and making sure the projects don't stall out. It is a simple life for us here.
