Our place is out in Phase V of the Ida Jeedimetla area. It’s an industrial spot, so there’s always noise from machines and trucks moving around. Nishi Engineers has been operating from here for a good bit now. We do engineering work, which means a lot of time spent looking at parts and making sure things fit together right. It’s not the cleanest environment, but that’s what happens when you’re working with metal and tools all day. Jeedimetla is a big area and it can be easy to get lost if you don't know your way around the different phases. We’ve got a shop floor that stays pretty busy. The heat can get to you in the afternoons, but we just keep the fans going and stay on task. We don’t do much fancy talking here. It’s more about the actual work and getting the jobs finished. Most of us have been doing this for years, so we know the machines pretty well. We’re tucked away in this part of the estate. Sometimes the power goes out, or deliveries show up late, but we manage. It’s a straightforward business. We show up, do the engineering stuff, and head home. Nothing too complicated about it. We’ve got our tools and our space, and that’s plenty for us to stay occupied. We just focus on the task at hand and try to get things out the door on time without making a big deal of it.
