At Ninnti Tech Private Limited, we work out of Flat No. 206 in Ashoka Silent Valley. It’s located on Road No. 10 in Banjara Hills, which is a fairly well-known part of Hyderabad. Even though the place is called Silent Valley, the area is actually quite lively. Our office is essentially a flat that we’ve turned into a workspace. It makes the whole environment feel a bit more relaxed than a standard corporate building. We have a small kitchen where we make our own coffee, and the desks are spread out through what used to be the living areas. We aren't interested in sounding fancy or polished. We’re just a small team of people who needed a place to sit and work. There are no receptionists or big signs in the lobby. We just have our names on the door. It’s a bit of a walk up if you don’t want to wait for the lift, but it’s not too bad. We’ve been here for a while and we like the neighborhood. It’s convenient for getting around the city. We don't have any grand marketing plans or scripted stories. We just handle our day-to-day business and try to keep things organized enough to get the job done. It’s a simple, honest setup in a nice part of town, and it’s exactly the kind of place where we feel most productive without any extra fuss.
