We are located at Plot No. A-122 in Journalist Colony, right in Jubilee Hills. It’s a well-known spot, and we’ve been here at H.No. 8-2-293/82/J/A/122 for quite some time now. Nikit Estates Projects Private Limited handles a lot of the local property stuff from this office. It’s a decent sized place, enough for our small team to keep things organized. Jubilee Hills is a busy part of Hyderabad, but our specific street is actually somewhat quiet compared to the main roads. We get a lot of local residents stopping by to ask questions about land or houses. We don't have a big reception desk or anything like that. You just walk in and someone will probably be sitting at a desk ready to talk. We try to keep things straightforward. If we can help with something, we say so. If not, we don't waste people's time. The paperwork can be a bit much sometimes, but that's just how the business goes. We have stacks of files and maps everywhere. It’s a working office, not a showroom. We’ve been part of this community for years and know most of the people around here. We just do our work, pay our bills, and try to keep our clients satisfied without making a big fuss about it.
