Nicco Ventures Limited

Our office for Nicco Ventures Limited is in Hyderabad, specifically at Sujana Residency. We are in Flat No 102 on Srinagar Colony. It is a nice residential area and being in a residency means it’s pretty calm most of the day. The flat is on the ground floor, which is great because we don't have to wait for the elevator. We’ve turned the main living area into a workspace with about eight desks pushed against the walls. There is a small balcony where we keep some spare crates and old equipment. The kitchen area is mostly used for making endless rounds of coffee to keep us going. Hyderabad can get very hot, so we usually have the AC running all day, which makes the office the best place to be in the summer. We don't have any corporate banners or motivational posters on the walls. Instead, there are just some whiteboards covered in scribbled notes and to-do lists. It’s a small team here, so everyone knows what everyone else is doing. We often order biryani for lunch on Fridays when we’ve had a busy week. It is a simple, functional office where the focus is on the work, not the appearance. We like being in Srinagar Colony because it’s close to everything we need. It’s a humble spot but it’s where all our ideas happen and where we spend our 9 to 5.
