It is a residential area mostly, so it is a bit quieter than the main roads nearby. We use the flat as our main office for handling development work. It is just a standard apartment setup with some basic office equipment and a lot of files. Nizampet Road is quite familiar to most people in this part of town. We spend a lot of time reviewing plans and dealing with the paperwork that comes with construction projects. It is not always exciting, but it is what we do for a living.
