Nestha Constructions Llp is based at 16 2 835/51 in the APHB Colony area, which is part of Saidabad Colony. It is a quiet enough spot compared to the busier parts of the city. We have been set up here for some time now, taking on various construction jobs that come our way through the year. We are not a massive corporation, just a group of people who understand how to put a building together from the ground up. Most of our days start quite early with phone calls to suppliers and checking in on the crews at different locations. We do a lot of work right here in Saidabad Colony, but we go wherever the project requires us to be. The office is usually a bit of a mess with blueprints, tile samples, and brick types scattered around the tables. That is just how it is when you are actually doing the work instead of just talking about it. We don't really do the whole corporate pitch or fancy presentations. We just tell people what we can do and then we go out and do it. There are always delays with the weather or getting the right labor, but we just deal with those problems as they arrive. We focus on making sure the structures are safe and built the way they should be. It is steady work and it keeps us very busy.
