Neotech Mythri Developer's is our office over in the Domalguda and Himayat Nagar area. The address is 3-6-482, 06, and we are right opposite Shriram Finance. This part of Hyderabad is quite central, so it’s easy for people to get to us, though parking can be a real headache sometimes. Our work is all about development and property stuff, so the office is usually filled with maps, blueprints, and lots of folders. It’s not a very quiet place because there are always people coming in to talk about projects or sign papers. We have a few desks squeezed into the space, and the chairs aren't the most comfortable in the world. We spend a lot of our time on the phone or talking to people across the table. It’s a lot of coordination and checking on things. Sometimes we are out on sites, but this is where we do all the paperwork. The office feels lived-in, with coffee mugs left on tables and stacks of documents that never seem to get smaller. We’ve been in this building for a while, and we know the other tenants pretty well. It’s a practical workspace for us. We don't have a big marketing team or anyone like that. We just handle the development side of things and try to make sure everything is filed correctly. It’s busy and sometimes a bit disorganized, but it’s how we work every day.
