You can find Neospect India Private Limited in Flat No. B 302 at Skyila Apartments. Being based in a residential complex in Puppalaguda on Narsingi Road gives our work a bit of a different feel. It’s not like a typical commercial office building with elevators full of strangers. Here, we see families and kids playing while we are heading into work. The flat is converted into our workspace, so it feels a bit more like a home than a cold office. We have a small kitchen area where we make our own coffee and tea. Most of our day is spent at the dining table which we turned into a big shared desk. The view from the balcony is alright, looking out towards the road. Puppalaguda has been developing so fast, and there is construction noise almost every day now. We handle various technical projects and sometimes we stay late when a deadline is close. It’s a quiet enough spot for us to concentrate. We don't have a big sign on the gate, just the apartment number. It’s a small team here, so we all get along well and talk about things other than work sometimes. It’s a practical way to run a business without the high costs of a downtown office. We like the neighborhood and the convenience of being on Narsingi Road. It's just a regular group of us doing our technical work in a regular apartment.
