Our small factory is at Plot 49 on Gunj Road, right near the petrol pump. It’s a convenient location because the trucks can find us easily. We make various food items here. You can usually smell what we’re cooking or processing from the street. It’s a family-run kind of vibe, even if we have several employees now. We spend our days managing ingredients and making sure the packaging machines don't jam up. Food production is a lot of work because you have to be so careful with everything. We have a local crew that’s been with us for a while. It’s a noisy place when the machines are all running at once. We don't have a fancy showroom. Most of our stuff goes straight to the distributors or local shops. Sometimes people stop by thinking we have a retail counter, but we mostly just do the manufacturing part here. The office is just a desk near the front door where we handle the orders. It gets pretty hectic during the harvest seasons when raw materials come in by the truckload. We just try to keep things organized and clean. It’s a practical business. We’ve had some ups and downs with the machinery, but we fix it and keep going. It’s just how we make our living here on Gunj Road. There is always a lot to do before we lock up at night.
