Ncl Wintech India Ltd. is located up on the 7th Floor of Raghava Ratna Towers. Getting there involves the elevator, which sometimes takes a bit too long when everyone is trying to get to their office at the same time. Chirag Ali Lane is a busy place, always full of cars and people moving around on the street below. From the 7th floor windows, you can see quite a bit of the city, though we usually spend our time looking at files and orders. The office is full of samples and brochures for different windows and doors. It is not the quietest workspace because there is always a phone ringing or someone discussing a technical detail in the corner. We have a lot of desks pushed close together to make room for everyone. The air conditioning works most of the time, which is good because it gets hot up here in the late afternoon. People bring their own lunches and eat at their desks or go down to find a quick bite on the street. It is a very functional space without any fancy trimmings. The hallway outside our main door is a bit narrow, so we sometimes stand there to stretch our legs. Working at Raghava Ratna Towers means you are right in the middle of everything. It is a lot of logistics and talking to contractors all day long. We just try to keep up with the fast pace.
