Ncl Industries Ltd

Our place is up on the 7th floor of Raghava Ratna Towers, which is right in the middle of the bustle on Chiragali Lane in Abids. Ncl Industries Ltd has been operating out of this building for quite some time. It’s a busy spot, and the elevators can be a bit slow in the mornings when everyone is trying to get to work. From up here, we can see a lot of the city, but we mostly spend our time looking at spreadsheets and talking to our factory people. We deal with cement and building materials, so there’s always a lot of coordination between the office here and the sites outside the city. The office is full of old files and some newer computers, but it still feels like a traditional workplace. We don’t have any of those fancy bean bags or open-plan layouts you see in new tech companies. It’s just desks, chairs, and people getting things done. Abids is always noisy with shoppers and cars, but once you get up to the seventh floor, it quiets down a little. We have a lot of long-term employees who have been with us through all the ups and downs. We aren't trying to change the world; we’re just supplying the materials that help other people build it. It’s a steady business and we try to keep things moving as best as we can. Every day is a bit different but the work is always there.
