Our office is Flat No 401 in the Sri Sai Vaishnavi Residency, which is located in JV Hills, specifically within the Rajarajeswari Colony. It’s a nice, quiet residential neighborhood for the most part, which makes for a peaceful place to work. We aren't in one of those massive glass-and-steel buildings; it’s just a regular apartment complex where we’ve set up our office. Sometimes the neighbors wonder what we’re doing with all those computers, but we’ve been here long enough that everyone knows us now. The 401 flat is on the fourth floor, so we get a bit of a breeze when the windows are open, which is nice during the hotter months in Hyderabad. We’re just a small team of people who enjoy working together. There’s no boss who walks around in a suit; we all just wear whatever is comfortable. We don't have a big HR department or a bunch of corporate rules. We just have a list of things that need to be finished and we work through them. Being in Serilingampally is convenient for us since it’s away from the absolute worst of the city traffic but still close enough to get everywhere we need to go. We started this place because we wanted to work on our own terms. It’s a basic office, nothing fancy, but it gets the job done and we’re happy to be here in Telangana.
