We run Nathji Security from our office in Royal Castle Apartment, which is 3-4-132 on Street Number 7 in Lingampally. It's a busy part of Hyderabad, and there's always something going on. We provide security guards and basic safety services for buildings and events. It’s not a glamorous job. We spend a lot of time hiring people, checking schedules, and making sure everyone shows up for their shift. The office is small and usually full of uniforms and logbooks. We aren't some high-tech security firm with drones and fancy gadgets. We just provide reliable people who stay awake and keep an eye on things. Most of us have been in this line of work for years. We know the neighborhood well. Sometimes guards call in sick at the last minute and we have to scramble to find a replacement. It can be stressful. We don’t use a lot of big words or make huge promises. We just try to make sure the gates are locked and the premises are safe. We’ve been in Lingampally for a good while now. People know us as the local guys who handle the watchmen. We don't have a fancy lobby or a receptionist. If you come by, you’ll probably just see one of us on the phone trying to fix a roster. We’re just regular people trying to provide a service that everyone around here needs. It keeps us on our toes and the coffee machine running.
