We have been running Narne Estates Pvt Ltd from our office here at 302 Indira Mansion in Ramnager for a good while now. Hyderabad is a big place and it keeps growing every year, so we stay pretty busy with the local land and building work. Most days, you will find us sitting around the desk checking over documents or taking phone calls from people looking for a bit of space to call their own. The office isn't anything fancy, just a regular spot where we get our work done. Ramnager has its own rhythm, and we are right in the middle of it. Sometimes the traffic outside gets a bit loud, but you get used to it after a few years. We handle a lot of the back-and-forth that comes with property, making sure the papers are in order and the right people are talking to each other. It’s mostly about knowing the local area and being around when someone has a question about a plot or a project. We don't spend much time on fancy advertisements or anything like that. We just focus on what's in front of us. Some days are slower than others, especially when it’s really hot out, but we still open up and get through the files. People around here know where to find us if they need to discuss something. It’s just us doing our jobs every day like everyone else in the city, trying to keep up with the changes and making sure the land deals go through without too much trouble for anyone.
