Our office is located at Medi Bavi in Seethapalmandi, Secunderabad. The address is a bit of a mouthful, Assridhar No 10 12 587 41 A. We’ve been Narne Estates Pvt Ltd for quite a while now. It’s a local real estate office, nothing like those big glass towers you see in the city. We’re in an older building that has a lot of history. There are always people coming in to ask about plots or land nearby. The fans hum all day long to keep the heat away. We have some old maps on the walls and a few desks that have been here since we started. Seethapalmandi is a busy neighborhood with a lot of character. We know most of the people who live on this street. We don’t have a fancy reception area. Usually, you just walk in and someone will help you. We aren't into high-pressure sales or anything like that. We just talk to people about what’s available. Sometimes we spend the whole afternoon just chatting with old clients who stopped by to say hello. It’s a relaxed atmosphere. The floor is a bit worn out from all the walking, but we like it that way. It shows we’ve been busy. We’re just a small team trying to help folks find a place to build their homes. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s what we know how to do in this part of town. We aren't trying to impress anyone, we just open the doors.
