Nandyala Associates

Our place is in the Janapriya Apartments over in Miyapur, Phase V to be exact. We are in Block A, Flat 432, and you might see the name Sajid Hussain P on the documents or the mail. Working out of an apartment complex like this means we see the same neighbors every morning. It’s a quiet enough spot for Nandyala Associates. The elevator sometimes takes forever, so we end up taking the stairs. Inside, it looks like a typical office but with a bit more of a lived-in feel. We have files stacked up on the shelves and the computer stays on most of the day. There is a small balcony where we go to get a bit of air when our eyes get tired from looking at the screens. Hyderabad can get pretty hot, so the AC is usually humming in the corner. We don’t really do big advertising or anything. Most people who come here already know the way to Block A. It’s a lot of sitting and going through documents or talking through plans. We try to keep things organized, but sometimes the desk gets buried under folders. It’s just a handful of us here doing the work. We drink a lot of coffee and try to stay on top of the schedule. It’s a straightforward way to spend the day. We usually leave around six, unless there is something urgent that needs finishing. The parking lot downstairs is always full, which is a bit of a headache.
