We are based at Omer Manzil on Road No 5 in Banjara Hills, right across from the Nail Talk shop. If you know this part of Hyderabad, you know it's pretty busy and loud most days. We've been operating out of H NO 8-2-334/6 for a good bit now, dealing with all kinds of real estate and development tasks. It’s a lot of time spent on the phone and meeting with people who are looking to buy or sell land. The office is usually cluttered with old files, maps of different plots, and half-empty tea cups. It isn't always the most exciting work, especially when you're dealing with all the municipal permits and the endless paperwork that comes with being a developer. We aren't some massive corporation with hundreds of employees in suits; we're just a small group of people who know this city like the back of our hands. Banjara Hills is a nice enough place to work, even if finding a parking spot is a total nightmare most afternoons. We spend our mornings out checking on various sites and our afternoons back here at the office trying to get the books organized. People come in and out all day long. We try to be very straightforward with folks about what is actually available and what isn't worth their time. Real estate can be a real headache with all the shifting prices, so we just try to keep it simple and give people the facts. We don't do sales pitches.
