Sharma Plastic Industries Nagole is situated at H. No. 1-42/5 on Road No. 5 in New Nagole. Our place is basically a workshop where we deal with all sorts of plastic goods. It’s a noisy environment because the machines are constantly running, molding things into shape. We have stacks of finished products piled up in the corners and raw materials waiting to be used. Road No. 5 is a bit of a busy street with trucks and tempos coming in to pick up orders. The building at H. No. 1-42/5 is where we do everything from the actual production to the packing. It’s not a quiet or clean office job; it’s industrial and a bit rough around the edges. We’ve got a small team of workers who have been with us for a while. We all wear old clothes because things tend to get messy with the plastic and the grease. New Nagole has grown a lot, and we’ve seen more businesses pop up around us. We just stick to our routine, starting early in the morning and finishing up late. There’s always a bit of a smell from the heating plastic, but you stop noticing it after ten minutes. It’s a straightforward business where we focus on making the items people need for their shops or homes. We don't spend much time on the computer, just working the floor every single day.
