Our office for Nageshwar Rao Softech India Private Limited is at Plot No 01 in Maithri Enclave. It’s over in the Yapral area of Ranga Reddy. It’s a decent spot, a bit more removed from the heavy traffic of the city center. The office is just a regular building where a few of us come to work on software every day. We don't have any fancy glass walls or modern art. It’s mostly just desks, computers, and a few stacks of books and manuals. We’ve been here for a while and have a routine that works for us. We don't have a big team, so we all end up doing a bit of everything, from coding to answering the phone. The neighborhood is fairly quiet, mostly residential, so we don't get a lot of walk-in traffic. We aren't trying to grow into a huge corporation with hundreds of employees. We like the way things are now. We have enough work to keep us busy, but we still have time to sit and have a proper lunch together. If you come to visit, you’ll probably find us in the middle of a project with tea mugs everywhere. We don't bother with corporate dress codes or long, boring meetings. We just discuss what needs to be done and then we do it. It’s a very practical way of working. We just want to do a decent job for our clients and keep the business running smoothly.
