Our office for Biotech Desk Pvt. Ltd. is located at 902 Towera in Raheja Vistas, which is right on Road No. 12 in the Ida area. Being up in a tower gives us a bit of a view, but mostly we are just looking at our screens and the paperwork on our desks. It’s a modern enough building, but our office feels like any other workplace where people are busy getting things done. We handle a lot of technical information and coordination, so there is always a lot of back-and-forth communication going on throughout the day. The team here is small, and we’ve gotten to know each other’s habits pretty well over the years. We aren't big on formal meetings or long speeches about our goals. We just try to stay on top of the workload and make sure nothing falls through the cracks. Road No. 12 can get pretty congested, especially in the evenings, so we’ve all become experts at timing our departures. It’s a straightforward operation without any of the extra fluff you might see in bigger companies. We prefer it that way because it allows us to just focus on what’s important. If you’re coming to see us at Raheja Vistas, just take the lift up to the ninth floor. We are usually there from morning until evening, just working through our lists and making sure the business stays on track. It’s not always exciting, but it’s honest work that we take seriously.
