Nabard

This Nabard office is located in Rain Tree Park, within the Malaysian Township in Hyderabad. Specifically, we are in Flat No 204 of Building No 17. It’s a pretty large township, so it took us a while to get used to the layout when we first moved in. Working from an apartment building is a bit different than a traditional office block, but it feels more comfortable in some ways. We have the usual office stuff like filing cabinets and computers, but the view from the window is mostly of the other buildings and the trees downstairs. Andhra Pradesh is hot, and being in this 500072 area means we see a lot of sunshine. We handle a lot of the regional work from here, so there is always a steady flow of paperwork and digital files to manage. It is a quiet environment for the most part, which helps when we need to concentrate on the numbers. We aren't a big flashy firm, just a dedicated group of people working out of a residential complex. Sometimes the elevator is slow, so we take the stairs if we aren't carrying too many files. We’ve been part of this community for a while now, and it feels like home. There is a small kitchen where we make coffee, and that is usually the center of our morning routine before the work really kicks off.
