We’ve been here at My Home Hub in Madhapur for quite a while now. Our office is up on the 8th floor of the 3rd Block. It’s a pretty busy spot, especially with all the activity in this part of town. My Home Apartments And Villas Private Limited is just a group of us who show up every morning to get things done. We don't have a big corporate lobby with marble floors or anything like that. It’s just a regular office with desks, chairs, and too many stacks of paper. Most of our day is spent looking at site maps or talking to builders. We’ve seen Madhapur change so much from this window over the years. It used to be much quieter, but now it’s all go-go-go. We try to keep our heads down and just focus on the task at hand. Sometimes the lift takes forever, and the tea stall downstairs is where we spend most of our breaks. We aren’t trying to impress anyone with fancy talk. We just handle the apartment and villa stuff as best as we can. It’s a lot of coordination and phone calls. Some days are smoother than others, but that’s just life in a local business. We like the 1-123 address because everyone knows where the Hub is. We’re just normal people working hard to make sure the projects stay on track, one day at a time.
