We are located on R P Road in Secunderabad, right across from the Hero Honda showroom. It’s a loud part of town with bikes zooming past all day long. Our shop is filled with pipes, taps, and all sorts of bathroom fixtures. It’s not organized in a way that looks like a magazine. There are boxes stacked high and sometimes you have to move three things just to get to one pipe. We’ve been here at 5-2-173 for a long time. People come in with broken valves or sketches of a new bathroom and we try to find the right parts for them. We don’t have a big marketing department or anything. It’s just me and a couple of guys who know where every single nut and bolt is kept. The counter is old and worn down from years of people sliding heavy metal parts across it. We talk to a lot of plumbers who are usually in a hurry to get back to a job site. We don’t try to sell anyone things they don't need. If a cheap washer will fix the leak, that's what we give them. The afternoons get a bit slow, so we sit out front and watch the traffic on R P Road. It’s a basic business. We stock the supplies and we sell them to the people who come in.
