It is a bit of a specific spot to find if you are not already familiar with the lane, but we have been here long enough that most people know where we are located. We do general construction work, mostly residential houses but some other small commercial things too. The office is where we keep all our records and where the guys meet up in the morning before heading out to the various sites we have going. It is a busy place with a lot of noise and constant talk about materials, budgets, and deadlines. We do not go in for big advertisements or fancy brochures. We just do the work and let the houses we build speak for themselves. Sometimes the projects are very small, like a simple renovation, and sometimes they are much bigger, like starting a whole new house from the ground up. We deal with all the typical headaches like rain delays and trying to find reliable workers during the harvest season. Giriraj Lane is a good home base for us and we have a small crew that really knows their stuff. We do not have any mission statements posted on the wall. We just show up every day and try to get the walls up straight and the roof on tight.
