MSKR Constructions LLP is right there at Guttala Begumpet, specifically on plots 38 and 39. Begumpet is a crowded area, so getting our trucks in and out can be a bit of a puzzle every single morning. We handle various construction jobs, from the basic foundation work to the finishing touches on the walls. It’s a lot of physical labor and managing different teams of carpenters, plumbers, and electricians. Sometimes we’re at the office late at night just trying to figure out the budget for the next phase because prices of steel and cement seem to go up every week. We don’t claim to be the biggest company in the world, just a local one that knows the neighborhood. Our focus is really on the practical side of building. We make sure the work gets done even when the weather is bad or the power goes out. It’s about showing up every day and making sure the bricks are laid right. That’s how we spend our time at MSKR.
