Explorersfood Services is based at 5-12-56 in the Mangapuram Colony. We are part of the APHB Colony area in Moula-Ali, over in Hyderabad. It’s a busy neighborhood and we are right in the thick of it. We deal with food, mostly getting things ready and sent out to wherever they need to go. Our kitchen is usually a bit of a chaotic place, especially in the mornings when everything is being prepped for the day. There is always the smell of spices and the sound of pots banging around in the back. We aren't a fancy restaurant with waiters in suits. We are a food service operation, focusing on the actual cooking and delivery part of the business. The staff here has been together for a while, so we all know how to stay out of each other's way in the small space. Hyderabad is a city that loves its food, so there is never a dull moment for us. Sometimes the delivery bikes have trouble with the traffic on the main road, but we manage to get things out eventually. We don't have a marketing department or a fancy logo on our shirts. We just have our kitchen and the orders we need to fill. It’s hard work and the hours can be long, but it’s what we do here in Moula-Ali. We keep things simple and focus on the food.
