Our office is located in Room 502 of the Rose Block in the Cascade Greens complex. We’re part of the NCL North Colony in Kompalle. It’s a bit of a journey to get out here if you’re coming from the center of Hyderabad, but it’s a nice, open area once you finally arrive. The complex is quite large with several different blocks, but Rose Block is easy enough to spot once you're inside the gates. Being up on the fifth floor means we get a bit of a breeze through the windows on cooler days. The office is just a regular workspace with some desks, chairs, and a small area for keeping our files organized. We don't have a fancy espresso machine or anything like that, just a simple kettle and some tea bags in the corner. We aren't a high-pressure corporate environment where everyone is stressed out. We try to keep things relaxed and friendly because we think people work much better that way. Most of us have been working together for a good while now, so there’s a lot of familiarity and we all get along well. We don't use big words or corporate jargon to describe what we do. We just say we work on tech projects and leave it at that. The NCL North Colony is a quiet place, which is great for staying focused on our tasks. There are plenty of trees around the area and the air feels a bit cleaner than in the middle of the city. We really enjoy the pace of life out here in Kompalle. It’s a honest and hardworking environment.
