We've been at 5-4-405 Gandhi Bhavan Road in Nampally for quite some time now. It’s just us, the Moorty family, running the show here every day. It gets pretty busy around this part of town, especially with all the people coming through Nampally, but we manage. My father started this and now we keep it going. We handle the inventory and talk to customers ourselves. Usually, you’ll find one of us behind the counter or checking the boxes in the back. It isn't a fancy setup by any means. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint if I'm being honest. But the roof stays dry and the floor is swept. We open up early and stay until the work is done. Some days it's quiet, other days we can't catch a breath. That's just how business goes. We deal with all sorts of people who walk through the door. Everyone has a story. Most of our neighbors know us by name and we know them. It’s a simple way of living. We don't spend money on big signs or anything. If you are looking for us, just head down Gandhi Bhavan Road. We are right there where we have always been. Moorty & Sons isn't a big corporation. It's just a place where we work hard and hope for a decent day's trade. That's about all there is to it.
