Flat No 4 Plot No 67 is where we have set up shop for Monster Com. It’s a simple address for a simple operation. We don’t have a big corporate sign or a reception desk with someone waiting to greet you. Usually, you’ll just hear the sound of keyboards clicking as soon as you walk in. We spend our days managing the listings and making sure the website is doing what it needs to do for the users. It’s a small space, so we all know each other’s business, which usually means a lot of joking around while we work. We handle a lot of the backend stuff that people don’t usually see. It’s about making sure the data is clean and the companies are getting the right candidates. Sometimes it feels like we are drowning in emails, but we just chip away at them. The neighborhood around Plot No 67 is pretty quiet, which helps us stay focused. We don’t go in for big mission statements or anything like that. We are just here to do a job.
