Monster Com

We are located at 502 M S Apts in Old Bowenpally, Secunderabad. It’s a residential-style setup for our Monster Com branch, which actually makes it a pretty relaxed place to work. We aren't in one of those huge industrial parks, so we get to avoid some of that corporate pressure. Most of us live nearby, so the commute to Old Bowenpally isn't too bad. Inside the apartment, we’ve converted the space into a functional office with all the computers and hardware we need. We focus on the recruitment side of things, helping people across Secunderabad find work. It’s a lot of phone calls and sitting at desks for long stretches. We try to keep the atmosphere light because the work can be a bit repetitive. Sometimes we have lunch together in the small kitchen area, just chatting about life. The building is older, so we deal with things like the elevator being slow or the stairs being a bit steep, but it’s home for us during the day. We don't bother with fancy dress codes or strict rules; we just expect everyone to do their part. It’s a practical way to run a business. We get a lot of satisfaction when we see the numbers moving and know that people are getting the jobs they applied for through the site. It’s just us doing our thing in a quiet corner of the city.
