Our spot is at H No 8 3 599 11 3 in Srinagar Colony, Hyderabad. It’s a bit of a mouthful to say the address, but it’s where Monster Com operates from in this part of the city. Srinagar Colony has its own vibe, and we’ve become part of the furniture here. The office is tucked away, and we spend our hours navigating the world of employment and recruitment. It’s a busy environment because Hyderabad has so many people looking for tech and office jobs. We have a small team here, and everyone knows their role. We spend a lot of time looking at screens, checking data, and making sure the job board is working like it should. It’s not always smooth sailing; sometimes the servers are slow or we have a backlog of queries that feels impossible to finish. But we just take it one step at a time. The office is functional and maybe a little bit cluttered with papers and old files, but we know where everything is. We usually take turns getting coffee from the place down the road. It feels like a real community inside these walls. We don't use a lot of corporate talk; we just talk to each other like normal people. If the air conditioning is working and the internet is up, it's a good day for us. We just keep pushing through the tasks until it’s time to lock up.
