Monster Com

We are located over at C 119 Patigadda Colony, operating as Monster Com. If you know this area, you know it can get a bit crowded, but we like being part of the local scene here. Most of our day is spent looking at job listings and trying to help people figure out their next move. It’s a lot of computer work, honestly. We have rows of desks and people on phones or checking emails constantly. The building itself is pretty standard for Patigadda Colony. We don’t have any big signs or flashy lights out front. Inside, it’s mostly just us trying to keep up with the sheer number of resumes and company requests that come through the system. It gets pretty hectic around midday when everyone is trying to finish their calls before lunch. We usually just grab something quick from the nearby shops. It’s not a glamorous job, but it feels important because people are always looking for work. We deal with all sorts of industries, from tech to basic office roles. Sometimes the office feels a bit small when we have a full crew in, but we make it work. We have a small break area where we talk about non-work stuff just to clear our heads. It’s just a group of regular people working hard in a quiet corner of the colony, trying to keep the wheels turning for everyone looking for a job.
