Monksofit is located in West Marredpally, right next to the Johnson Grammar School. Being so close to a school means it gets pretty loud in the afternoons when the kids are heading home, but otherwise, it's a decent and steady spot. Gayathri Villa is where we set up our office on the 5th floor, specifically in unit No. 503. We've been in Secunderabad for a good while now. It has a different feel than the rest of Hyderabad, maybe a bit more relaxed in some ways. Our office isn't some glass tower with a shiny lobby; it is just a practical space where we can sit down and solve problems without a lot of fluff. We have desks, chairs, and a small kitchen area where we make coffee. That's about it. People come and go, doing their own thing. We handle software projects, mostly the stuff that happens behind the scenes. It isn't always exciting work, but it's steady. We do not have a receptionist or anything fancy like that. If someone knocks, one of us just gets up and opens the door. It is a very hands-on environment. Sometimes we stay late when a project needs finishing, usually ordering food from the local places around Marredpally. The area has really good food, which is a big plus for us. We like the neighborhood because it feels established and real. It’s just a simple setup for a small team like ours.
