We are over in Kondapur, specifically at Sy No:13. It is a busy part of Hyderabad and the noise from the street usually makes its way into our office. Mojay Infracorp India Private Limited is the name we registered under. Mostly, we spend our hours looking at infrastructure plans and making sure things are moving along. There isn't anything fancy about how we work. It’s a lot of phone calls and checking on sites around the city. The office isn't very large, just enough space for the desks and some old files. We like being in this area because everything we need is close by. Sometimes the traffic in Hyderabad makes it hard to get to meetings on time, but that’s just how it is here. Our team is small and we’ve known each other for a long time. We don't have a big reception area or anyone in a suit greeting people at the door. You usually just find us working through paperwork or talking to contractors on the mobile. It’s practical work. We deal with the daily issues that come up with infra projects. Some days are slow and others are completely packed with things to do. We just try to keep up with the pace of the city. Being in Telangana gives us plenty of ground to cover. We don't spend much time on decorations or making the place look like a showroom. It’s a workspace, plain and simple. We grab lunch at the local stalls and just keep the business running as best as we can every day.
