You will find us right in the heart of Begum Bazar at 14-5-250, Mevathipurachudi Bazar. If you know this area, you know how crowded and lively it is every single day. Mohana Priya Devi Builders & Developers Private Limited has been operating from here, and it’s quite a challenge sometimes just getting through the streets to the door. We are builders, so we are used to a bit of chaos and noise. The office itself is small and functional. We have some old wooden cabinets for our plans and a couple of computers that we use for the accounting. Begum Bazar is a traditional place, and we like that our business is rooted in such a historic part of Hyderabad. We don't have a marketing team or a fancy website. Most of our work comes from people we know or neighbors who have seen our previous buildings. It’s honest work and we take it seriously, even if the office looks a bit messy with all the blueprints lying around. Sometimes we stay late when a project is finishing up, listening to the sounds of the bazaar closing down for the night. It’s a good place to be if you want to stay connected to the real city. We’ve been here for a while and don’t plan on moving any time soon. We just keep building and developing as things come our way and that keeps us plenty busy.
