We have been working out of this office on M.G Road for quite a few years now. It is located at No-5-4-187/3/4 and we are up on the second floor. If you are coming to visit Modi Properties Pvt Ltd, you will find that the Ranigjuni area can get pretty busy during the middle of the day. The traffic outside is often a bit loud, but once you get up to the second floor, it settles down some. Our space is not very large or fancy. It is just a regular office with a couple of desks, some old filing cabinets, and a few chairs for when people stop by to talk. We spend a lot of our time on the phone or looking at various property papers. It is a practical place for practical work. We do not go in for any of that high-end decor you see in the big city offices. We prefer things this way because it feels more like home. Sometimes we have tea and just look out at the street below to see what is happening on M.G Road. It is a good way to keep track of the neighborhood. Being in Ranigjuni means we are right in the thick of things. We have gotten to know the other people in the building pretty well over the years. We are just a small group of people trying to do a decent job every day.
