Modern Food Industries Ltd.

Modern Food Industries Ltd. is located at K-1 in the Industrial Estate in Uppal. Uppal has changed a lot over the years, but this industrial patch stays pretty much the same. Our facility is where all the daily activity happens. It’s a food place, so we have to keep things a certain way, though it’s not a showroom. It’s a working plant. The smell of whatever is being processed that day usually fills the air around the block. We have a lot of staff coming in and out in shifts. It can get pretty noisy when the machines are all running at once. We’ve got a small area for the trucks to load up, but it gets tight when two arrive at the same time. The sun hits the front of the building hard in the evenings. Most of the workers have been with us for a long time, so everyone knows their role without being told. We don’t have any flashy slogans on the walls. It’s just a place where people come to work and go home. Usually, we take a break in the shade during the hottest part of the day. The tea guy comes around at four, and that’s a highlight for everyone. It’s just a standard industrial setup. We don't try to make it look like something it isn't. Just a lot of hands making sure the production keeps moving. We stay busy enough to not worry about much else besides the daily schedule.
