M.N.H Constructionsprivate Limited is located in Malakpet on Aizza School Road. Our office is at 16-8-913/3/D, which is behind Railway Road and right across from the Total Gaz lane. It’s a busy neighborhood and we’ve been here for quite some time now. We aren't a huge firm with a fancy lobby or a lot of employees in suits. It’s just us in a simple office, usually covered in site plans and project notes. We do construction work, mostly around this part of Hyderabad. It’s a lot of coordinating with workers and making sure the right materials get to the sites on time. Sometimes it feels like we spend all day on the phone or stuck in traffic between projects. We don’t use any promotional language or try to sound like something we’re not. We’re just local builders who know how to get a project finished. Malakpet is a great area to work in because everyone knows everyone else. Most of our projects come from people who have seen our work before. We’ve had our fair share of tough days when things don’t go according to plan, but that’s just the nature of construction. We don't make big speeches; we just focus on the task at hand and try to do a solid job for our neighbors. It’s practical, honest work and we’re happy to be doing it here. Every project is different and has its own set of headaches, but we manage. We've been through it all. Malakpet is our home base and we aren't going anywhere.
