Mncl Inc is located at 6 23 1 1 on Road No 5 in Bhavaninagar which is part of the Dilsukhnagar area in Hyderabad. Most people just call the area DSNR and it is famous for being incredibly crowded and busy all the time. Our office is tucked away in a building that has a mix of other small businesses. We have a simple setup with a few desks and some chairs that we’ve had for a long time. The traffic on the main road can be quite loud but back here on Road No 5 it is a little bit better. We have a lot of work to get through every day and we just sit down and get to it. There isn't any fancy lobby or a big sign out front. We just have our small space where we manage everything. The walls are a bit bare and we have some old calendars hanging up. We have a small corner where we keep our bags and coats and a place to eat lunch. Most of us bring food from home and we share it around the table. It is a very normal way to spend the day and we don't have any corporate rules about what to wear or how to talk. We just focus on the tasks at hand and try to get home before the DSNR traffic gets even worse in the evening. It is a practical environment where the work is the main thing.
