Mk Developers

Our office is on the first floor at 13-6-431/D/82/A/B, which is quite a long address to write down. We are right opposite Pillar Number 85 on the Attapur Ringroad, sitting beside Crystal Garden in Mehdipatnam. If you know the ring road, you know how busy it gets with all the cars and bikes zooming past. We are Mk Developers, so we spend a lot of time thinking about buildings and how to put them together. The office is usually full of maps and project files. It is not a very quiet place because of the traffic outside, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. Being near Crystal Garden makes it easy for people to find us. We work with a lot of local folks who are looking to develop their land or buy something new. We don’t use any of those big corporate slogans or try to act like we’re something we aren't. We are just a local team doing our job. Most of our day is spent coordinating with workers or talking to people about their property dreams. It is hard work, but it feels good to see a project finally take shape. We’ve been in Mehdipatnam for a good stretch now, and we know the area’s quirks. If you’re near Pillar 85, you can just look up and see our sign on the first floor. We are usually here if anyone needs to talk about a project.
