Likitha Fashions

Likitha Fashions is located at Plot No. 52 in Nellima Greens. We are right behind Pragthi Enclave in Miyapur. It is a quiet little area compared to the main roads. We started this business because we wanted to work for ourselves. We handle all sorts of tailoring and dressmaking. The shop is not very large, so it gets crowded with fabric and sewing machines pretty quickly. My sister and I run the front while a few tailors work in the back room. We don't have any corporate training or anything like that. We just learned as we went along. Sometimes we make mistakes with the measurements and have to start over. That is just how it is when you are doing things by hand. The neighbors from Pragthi Enclave usually drop by for their repairs or new outfits. We like being part of the Miyapur community. It is a lot of sitting and sewing for hours at a time. We don’t have a website or a fancy logo. We just have a small board outside the plot. Most people find us because their friends told them we were here. It is a humble way to earn a living. We just keep our heads down and focus on the stitching. It is not always easy, but we enjoy seeing the finished clothes. We are just a local shop in the greens.
