Mindtech Software Solutions (Opc) Private Limited is based at Plot No 101 in Sri Anjaneya Nilayam. We are located in Shanti Nagar, specifically on Road No 5 in Kukatpalli. It’s a residential-feeling area which makes the office feel a bit more relaxed than those big business parks in the city. We do software work here. It’s mostly just sitting at desks and staring at screens for most of the day. The office is small and we don’t have any fancy furniture. We just have the basics needed to write code and manage our projects. Being an OPC means it’s a small operation, which suits the way we work. We don't like a lot of meetings or long emails. We usually just talk across the room when we need to figure something out. Road No 5 is pretty easy to find once you know where Shanti Nagar is. We’ve been here for a bit and the locals mostly leave us to our business. We aren't trying to change the world or anything; we just want to build software that actually works for the people who need it. Sometimes we stay late when a deadline is coming up, but mostly we try to keep regular hours so we can see our families. It’s a simple life and a simple business. We just do what we do. No big talk, just code and coffee every morning.
